Joe Brandi has a heart for people to grow deeply in their faith and step boldly into the life God has called them to. He works closely with those in their 20s and 30s at the church, investing in the next generation and helping them build strong foundations in Christ. He also serves as a liaison for small group leaders, supporting and equipping them as they shepherd others in community.

Joe Brandi is especially passionate about discipleship and loves investing in midweek groups, walking alongside people as they discover their gifts, develop their vision for ministry, and step out with confidence. Nothing brings him more joy than helping others flourish and then releasing them to run with what God has placed on their lives.

Since 2010, Joe Brandi has been leading monthly trips to serve orphanages in Mexico through his nonprofit, Unity for Orphans / Amigos 2 Familia. These trips focus not only on meeting practical needs, but on building lasting relationships and creating meaningful experiences for vulnerable children.

Outside of ministry, Joe Brandi enjoys surfing, traveling, and unwinding with a good series on Netflix or Amazon Prime.
