Our prayer is that as you discover your gifts, you’ll use them faithfully to build up the Church and advance God’s mission in the world.

Rate honestly, not generously. Use the whole 1–7 range — for most people, most statements are honestly a 2, 3, or 4. Save 7 for the few statements so consistently true of you that the people who know you would say it too. An honest spread gives you a far truer gift profile than a page of 6s and 7s.

A word from your pastors: Every believer is gifted by the Spirit for the common good (1 Corinthians 12:7), and gifts are fruit that grows from abiding in Jesus (John 15). An assessment can point; only practice, prayer, and the discernment of your church family can confirm.
