Andrea serves as the Executive Minister at Sea Change Church in La Jolla, California, where she pairs strategic leadership with a deep commitment to serving the Lord. In
2025, she joined the board of Mission Northwest, the regional family of American Baptist Churches.
With a background in science and nonprofit management, Andrea brings a distinctive blend of analytical thinking, pastoral care, and operational expertise to her role. Since joining Sea Change in 2015, she has led the development of systems, policies, and staff structures that allow the church to grow and scale sustainably while remaining rooted in its mission to “make Jesus known.” She is especially gifted at making vision actionable- ensuring ministries run smoothly, teams are empowered, and resources are stewarded wisely.
Andrea holds dual degrees in Psychology and Biology from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University, and is currently pursuing theological studies through Edinburgh Theological Seminary. Her calling often places her alongside leaders and Christian organizations, within her region and beyond, helping them clarify vision, strengthen operations, and stay aligned with their mission.
Outside of ministry, Andrea enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three
young children.
